The School of Friendship is aimed at 3rd and 4th grade children of all elementary schools in the Ilidža municipality.
Through engaging in diverse activities, children spend time with their peers, learn through games, are provided with adequate help while doing homework, taught to recognize their own potential, develop their personalities, participate in projects which strengthen them, spend time with others in an informal environment, and thus are socialized.
Participants of the “School of Friendship” have attended the projection of a film as a part of the Sarajevo Film Festival. The Sarajevo Film Festival Managing Board awarded the attendants with 20 tickets for the projection of the animated film “Hevisauruses”.
As a part of “The School of Friendship”, an initiative was started to collect textbooks for children from socially threatened families. The action will last until September 10, 2016, and all the books can be delivered to the Educational-Leisure Center for Youth SPAJALICA in Ilidža.
In the following period, a lecture on the dangers of mines will be organized for the attendants of “The School of Friendship” and a workshop about photography.
"The School of Friendship” provides an area for 1st – 4th grade elementary school students in which the expert team of the Educational-Leisure Center for Youth SPAJALICA aids them with learning, writing their homework and socializing with other children and playing. Once a month, cultural and educational fieldtrips are organized for the children, or visits to museums and other institutions of cultural and historical significance.
The School of Friendship was marked by emotions and art during February. The attendants participated in different workshops the main topics of which were "Emotions – Expressing and Recognition" and "The World of Art".
All attendants of The School of Friendship had the opportunity to express their creativity, imagination and skills.
The 22 children were taken to the cinema projection of the animated film "Albert" at Novi Grad Cinema, where the kids enjoyed in the adventures of young Albert.
The “Creative Marketplace of The School of Friendship” will be organized at the Educational-Leisure Center for Youth SPAJALICA in Ilidža on Saturday, April 23, 2016.
As a part of the Creative Marketplace, works of attendants of The School of Friendship made on the topic of celebrating Earth Day will be presented. Paintings, decorative boxes and jars and greeting cards will be displayed and the exhibition will be of sales character.
All gathered funds will be used to organize new activities for the attendants of The School of Friendship.
The Creative Marketplace will be held from 11 AM to 2 PM.
The expert team of The School of Friendship aids elementary school students from first to fourth grade in learning, writing their homework and developing different affinities through creative workshops twice a week.

On TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 10 to 12.30 and from 14 to 16.30.
The English Language Course for children will be held on SATURDAY according to the following timetable:
1st, 2nd i 3rd grades (11:00 - 12:00)
4th, 5th i 6th grades (12:00 - 13:00)
7th, 8th i 9th grades (13:00 - 14:00).
The German Language Course for children will be held on SUNDAY according to the following timetable:
1st, 2nd i 3rd grades (11:00 - 12:00)
4th, 5th i 6th grades (12:00 - 13:00)
7th, 8th i 9th grades (13:00 - 14:00).
